Dieses Unternehmen will noch in diesem Jahr eine Reihe von nationalen Schulungen f\u00fcr niederl\u00e4ndische Pflegefachkr\u00e4fte organisieren. Meducom wurde gebeten, sowohl das Programm als auch den Inhalt des Trainings zu entwickeln, sowie den internen Train-the-Trainer-Workshop. Dieser erm\u00f6glicht es medizinischen Kollegen, diese Trainingseinheiten zu unterst\u00fctzen. Das Programm der nationalen Trainings beinhaltet neben einer Basis aus p\u00e4dagogischen und inhaltlichen Komponenten auch ein herausforderndes Quiz und interaktive Workshops, um sicherzustellen, dass das erworbene Wissen so gut wie m\u00f6glich erhalten bleibt.
